1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://wyomingdumpsters.net and any related services (collectively, the "Site"), operated by ZTERS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Services

The Site provides information about roll-off dumpster rental and related site services. ZTERS provides a single point of contact for site services rentals. Quotes and orders are handled by telephone or email; the Site does not accept online orders and provides no ordering or payment form.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

4. Quote Requests

When you call or email us using the contact details on the Site, you understand and agree that:

  • The information you provide may be shared with ZTERS and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers for the purpose of responding to your request.
  • Pricing shown or quoted on the Site is an estimate only and is not a binding offer. Final pricing depends on availability, location, service duration, permit requirements, disposal fees, and other factors, and will be confirmed in a separate written agreement or order confirmation.
  • Requesting a quote does not create a service contract. A contract is formed only when we accept your order in writing.

5. Consent to Contact (Telephone, SMS, and Email)

By submitting your telephone number through the Site, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from ZTERS and its authorized partners at the number provided, including calls or messages delivered by automated telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, or SMS, regarding your request and related offers.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected] or (888) 251-2660.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number you provide and that you are authorized to give this consent. If you relinquish that number, you agree to notify us promptly at [email protected].

6. Call Recording and Monitoring

Calls to and from ZTERS may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping purposes. By calling us or accepting a call from us, you consent to such monitoring and recording. If you do not consent, please notify the representative at the beginning of the call or contact us in writing instead.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including another person's contact information without authorization;
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site, except for search engine crawlers operating in accordance with our robots.txt file;

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

ZTERS, , and related marks are trademarks of ZTERS. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

9. User Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content you submit to the Site is non-confidential, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it for any purpose. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links do not constitute endorsement. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, pricing, availability, or service-area information on the Site.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZTERS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZTERS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required, communicated to you directly. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections 8 through 14 survive termination.

17. Miscellaneous

  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them freely.
  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
